We want you to love your Spiritbox pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all tags and protective liners are intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
